This dish starts with antibiotic and hormone-free chicken breasts that we marinate overnight in our homemade tare sauce, wasabi paste and tamari soy sauce (non-GMO) and then roast on high heat. Served over a bed of long grain brown rice and “veggie-bomb” of stir-fried cremini mushrooms, broccoli, snow peas, Savoy cabbage, peppers and onions. Just as tasty but far more nourishing than takeout yakatori! Dinner. Is. Done.
