After relentless testing, our Culinary Team has finally mastered this baked falafel recipe.  From-scratch falafel is crafted with fresh organic herbs, ground garbanzo beans and organic Greek spices, scooped by hand and baked on high heat for a moist center and crispy outside.  They’re served with our saffron brown rice and four traditional sides: pickled slaw, Greek yogurt tzatziki, kale-infused tabouli and kalamata olives.
