Our more nourishing version of the traditional Florentine.  We generously coat fillets of North Atlantic cod with a mixture of sautéed baby spinach, garlic, seasoned Ricotta cheese, and topped with Aleia’s local, gluten-free panko breadcrumbs. Sided with a blend of wild and brown rice, broccoli, and sautéed Portabella mushrooms. Dinner. Is. Done.
