We’re proud to feature local Pineland Farms (New Gloucester, ME) nitrate-free pork in this dish!  We soak the tenderloins in a pungent lemon-herb marinade overnight before roasting – if you like lemon, you’ll love this.  Served alongside roasted squash and Lundberg Wild Rice Blend which is a special, Non-GMO, mix of six grain varieties (long grain brown rice, sweet brown rice, wild rice, whole grain Wehani, whole grain black Japonica).  Lastly, we pair everything with a clean citrus vinaigrette.  Dinner.
