Our original “Power Bowl” is perfect for lunch, dinner or post-workout. We start with a bed of organic kale and Lundberg Wild Rice Blend and add diced & roasted sweet potatoes, diced chicken breast, dried cranberries, almonds and goat cheese (almonds and goat cheese are in side cups). It all comes together with a slightly sweet and tangy balsamic vinaigrette.
