Crab meat is tossed with sautéed veggies, seven organic spices, fresh herbs, lemon juice, Aleia’s Gluten-Free Bread Crumbs, and our house-made vegan Worcestershire sauce before being formed into cakes and oven-roasted at high heat until golden brown. They’re served with a fresh cabbage slaw, herbed quinoa and chickpea salad, and a side cup of caper-dill aioli (crafted with aquafaba instead of mayonnaise) to top the dish as you wish. Dinner. Is.
