Go Greek this week!  We put everything into this dish to give you the ultimate Greek experience.  It starts with hormone & antibiotic-free chicken breasts and thighs (Senat Poultry in Paterson, NJ) that are braised with Greek herbs and white wine.  Served alongside a bed of jasmine & saffron rice pilaf and 4 traditional Greek sides: pickled slaw, tzatziki sauce, kale infused tabouli and kalamata olives.  Opa!!
