Our newest Mediterranean power bowl starts with a base of kale and Arcadia mixed greens. We build on those veggies with red onion, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives, cucumbers, and sliced banana peppers (pickled in-house!). The dish is rounded out with tri-color quinoa and Souvlaki-inspired, roasted chicken breast rubbed in lemon zest, garlic and mint. It’s topped off with side cups of our oregano vinaigrette and feta cheese. Dinner. Is. Done!
