Our latest Italian pasta bake starts with local grass-fed ground beef from Weatherlow Farms (Westport, MA) that’s seared, seasoned with 7 organic spices and simmered alongside a veggie bomb of onions, mushrooms, carrots, roasted broccoli, and plum tomatoes.  It’s all tossed with whole wheat penne pasta, veggie loaded marinara sauce and served with our very own herbed ricotta cheese (side cup).
