We start with locally sourced, antibiotic and hormone free pork tenderloins soaked for 12 hours in an Italian herb marinade that’s laced with balsamic vinegar and local honey. Roasted whole at high heat, these tenderloins retain their moisture, and once sliced they reheat quick and easy. Served alongside soft GMO-free yellow polenta, broccolini and a mushroom ragu loaded with fresh veggies (onions, carrots, tomatoes, Portabella mushrooms, organic garlic). Grated Romano cheese is served in a side cup to help keep this meal dairy-free if you choose.
