Our nourishing version of this classic stir-fried Chinese dish starts with chicken breast medallions marinated overnight in sherry wine, Tamari soy sauce, arbol chilies, organic paprika and organic Szechuan peppercorn. The medallions are “stir-fried” with a veggie bomb of bell peppers, broccolini, scallions, garlic, ginger and toasted sesame oil. They’re served with brown rice, a side cup of peanuts and our from-scratch Kung Pao Szechuan Peppercorn Sauce which provides complex salty-sweet-spicy flavors to the meal.
