Roasted Pesto Salmon

We figured it was time to add our popular dairy-free Pesto sauce to a new dish! It all starts with Atlantic salmon fillets we gently rub in our “clean” Pesto Marinade before oven roasting. Served alongside a fresh sautéed vegetable primavera (asparagus, mushrooms, red bell peppers, onions), roasted red bliss potatoes, and a generous side of our “clean” Roasted Garlic Pesto complete the meal. Dinner. Is. Done.
