Our twist on this classic Italian-American Sunday Tomato Sauce starts with a slow, red wine braised pork shoulder. Once tender, our Chefs prepare a traditional red sauce and allow both to slowly simmer together for 6+ hours. Grass-fed ground beef is seasoned with fresh herbs, bread crumbs, eggs, veggies, and Romano cheese and rolled into meatballs. They’re oven roasted and soaked in our pork shoulder infused hearty tomato sauce. All served alongside local Crest de Gallo pasta (Capone Foods, Somerville, MA), sautéed broccolini and mushrooms.
