We start with Faroe Island’s salmon that’s loaded with omega-3 fatty acids and protein.  It’s rubbed with a blend of thyme, Dijon and lemon juice before being oven-roasted.  Served alongside a green olive tapenade, roasted cherry tomatoes and a brown rice & Swiss chard blend (hence the name “Green” Rice!).  Dinner. Is. Done.
