This haddock dish has become a customer favorite.  It starts with wild-caught Atlantic haddock which we bread in Aleia’s gluten-free panko crumbs and parmesan before baking.  The fish is accompanied by a hearty brown rice risotto (ours has much less dairy than the norm), sauteed mushrooms, a humble broccoli rabe, and lemon wedges to bring it all together.  Simple, nourishing and flavorful.
