This far east stir-fry dish features shrimp that have been marinated with sherry wine vinegar and spices; organic broccoli, carrots and bell peppers. The shrimp and vegetables are glazed with our Szechuan sauce that includes house-made Chinese black bean sauce – it’s challenging to get a version of Chinese black bean sauce that is GMO-free, so we crafted our own in-house with black beans, GMO-free soy sauce, ginger, orange rind, red pepper and garlic. Served over long grain brown organic rice and finished with shaved green onions and toasted sesame oil.
